Since the bags already have self sealing strip you don't really need a heat sealer, but these bags can be sealed completely with a heat sealer like Impulse sealer.

Q: Can I fit a chocolate covered Oreo in this bag?

According to the dimensions of a regular Oreo, which is about 1.75" wide by .35" thick, and considering an additional .25" to width and thickness for the chocolate covering, you should be able to fit two side by side and still be able to seal the bag. You probably wouldn't be able to fit two of them stacked on the flat sides, unless the chocolate coating is extremely thin. You may also have a hard time fitting two chocolate covered Double or Mega Stuf Oreos. However, a single Double or Mega Stuf Oreo should fit. Hope that helps, and always shop Tax Free! =)
