Way overpriced and is gone in no time
I didn’t want to subscribe to a soap or deodorant so when I saw it here I wanted to give it a try. I bought 2 pine tar and 5 bars of the squatch soap in the same scent. It smells fantastic but the deodorant didn’t last long. The strange thing was the soap is the same way. Smells great but gone very fast. I am guessing the natural ingredients may be the reason and if so perhaps not having aluminum in it like other brands is worth it not lasting long but I noticed other scents of Squatch deodorant are $28.00 !!!! That is outrageous and it wouldn’t be possible for me to continue purchasing because I wouldn’t allow myself.

Shirt stains - update
I contacted Dr Squatch regarding the issue I depicted below and it was clear that they could care less and, in multiple ways, they gave me the runaround. Due to the quantity of people with the same complaint it is clear that the volume of damage to personal property is in the tens of thousands. Alone, my shirts that were damaged in one wash cycle was greater than $1k. Therefore I believe it may be worth a class action lawsuit and once I have the time I may investigate this direction myself. End of update.First, the deodorant itself smells great. Here is where the problem arises: it stains your shirts. Heavily. If you don’t care about that or if you wear undershirts then there isn’t an issue. However, I routinely wear tailored dress shirts and Orvis long sleeve button-ups each ranging in price from $100-200 each. As I write this I have a dozen of the latter in the wash hoping it’ll come out. If not, that’s over $1k in clothing ruined by a small portion of of deodorant. I’ve had some of those shirts for years without this type of issue - some irreplaceable because they don’t make ‘em anymore. Wish I would’ve noticed it earlier; only reason I didn’t is because when the day is done I toss my clothes into a hamper and there they remain until laundry day. Well that day is today and I’m livid because I love those shirts waaay more than any antiperspirant scent. If that’s you then my advice is steer clear of Dr Squatch deodorant until they figure that out.
