The faucet looks good, is easy to use, and was easy to install, I have the code minimum water pressure in my home of 40 psi and while the flow isn't what I would prefer, it is pretty standard for today's low flow faucets. The faucet should come standard with the optional AC power supply (which is ridiculously overpriced) for a simple wall wart a few LEDS and connector to the battery pack. Only negative is that one time the faucet started turning on and off by itself (no one nearby). I moved a plastic container that is used for sponges a few inches farther away from the sensor and the problem resolved (at least for now) Note to Moen - I replaced the previous Moen faucet with this one because one of the non repairable supply hoses leaked. Your lifetime warranty is great and I've used it in the past for cartridges and filters, but I had to buy a new faucet to replace the old one which still looked great after 10 years because the cold water stainless steel flexible supply hose leaked and it can not be removed and replaced.

The faucet itself is good but the control box and electronic box leaks.

Our original unit lasted ten years in the new home we built. Lots of use on that one faucet. It developed a dripping a few months ago, and replacement parts could not be located for the older unit. Replaced it with the updated faucet found here on Amazon. The new unit is the upgraded version of the one we had originally, install was very easy; fewer water lines were used with the new unit. My wife loves the convenience of the no-touch wave function, and would never go back to a conventional faucet. This is priced much less than if ordered from Moen's website. A winner!

Product had 2 different colors on the aged bronze. It's almost like 1 part was coated with one coating and the other parts were coated with a lighter version of the color. Will be returning due to the fact that if I am paying $400 for a product I expect it to be the same color. Moen did offer offer to send new parts to see if it would match better but they could not guarantee the color would be the same.

You will wonder how you ever lived without these features. The nads-free, motion detection, ensures you limit the amount of water you use and don't have to touch the faucet with messy hands. The neck rotates, the spray feature is compact and easy to operate and the finish beautiful. Don't do like we did and wait so long to replace your faucet!
