I believe I have to ship bare root to Arizona. I'll check with my county inspector.

Are cold hardy crape myrtles for zone 5 available? If so, can you provide names so I can research a little.

There are not any crape myrtles that I would say are hardy for zone 5. You could grow them in patio container and bring them in for winter. You'd have some work to do to protect them for a cold winter.

How do we choose what trees we want and which ones are available? How long do they take to grow? I'm in zone 6.
