Can tray be lowered to 24 inches from floor?

As you probably know, the limiting factor is the PC mount plate. My keyboard is currently 26 inches from the floor and there are a couple more inches available by lowering the plate one more inch and then lowering the keyboard bracket two. I'd say 24 inches in the practical minimum height if you keep the PC mount. I think you are good to go.
