I use it for anxiety
This rhodiola brand has helped enormously with my anxiety. I suffer from 'brain fog', stress, and from being overly emotional. I have been taking one capsule per day, in the AM, for about 2 months now. I've noticed I am able to think more clearly and have noticed an improvement in my ability to handle stressful situations. I don't dwell on things as much and my mood has improved. I have not consulted with a doctor about using this long term... I probably should (and you too!).

I see and feel a good difference.
I can't really pinpoint what it is exactly but I do know I feel good energy when I take this along with B-1. Good energy physically and mentally. I also feel that this gets rid of toxic waste easily.

Headaches and eventually dried up in capsules
I was looking for a faster/cheaper alternative, but never again. Couldn’t even return. I noticed it would give me headaches instead of calming me down and eventually they harden within the clear capsules which made me think I may have gotten a bad batch. I normally don’t like leaving negative review, but there are better alternatives than this one.
