Works very well. I used it on my single cup and my coffee pot. Pulled out alot from only 1 clean with the powder solution. Im very impressed! I would definitely order again. It is also a great product for a great price.

After just one use our, multiple years old, coffee maker looks almost as clean as a new one. It's easy to use too, use just dissolve one packet to one liter of water and then runt it through the coffee maker. After that the instructions tells to run three brew cycles with just water but I typically run five or six just to make sure all the chemical residue is gone before making coffee. Moccamaster, brand of our maker, recommends using a cleaning powder after descaling, which we did, but I'm not sure if that did any additional cleaning which wasn't already done by this descaler. I use this on my Moccamaster coffee pot. It is recommended by the mfg and we can see why. I do first mix the crystals with boiling water then let it sit 5 minutes in the water chamber and it clears out any calcium build up. We clean our pot every 100 filters and this solution keeps our pot running smoothly.

My drip coffee maker tells me when it needs to be descaled. These packets take the guesswork out of cleaning the coffee maker. My only complaint is the cost. There seems to be a number of other all alternatives at a much lower per unit cost. However, I know this stuff works, so I’ll stick with it.

Smells great and works great

Seems to be working great! I use this on our breville barista express every time the descale light comes on. I use it over a vinegar solution because I was told to keep your machine going you need this more professional grade stuff. We had the same machine before this I only used vinegar to descale and the thermoblock got blocked up enough our machine was caput. For your expensive machine, use the good stuff and deacale often!

It worked great! I only ever descaled my coffee maker with vinegar. I thought that was working but when I used this descaler SO MUCH nasty mineral build up came out of the coffee maker (it looks like a small amount in the photo, but it kept coming out with each rinse pot of water). I followed it up with the Urnex cleaner powder and the coffee tastes so much better now! I can’t believe I didn’t realize there was an actual descaler and cleaner for coffee makers.

Have used this brand for years. It is a great descaler. Easy to use with clear instructions. Will continue to repurchase.
