I don't think it'll help with back and stomach. The sweat pads are in the under arms of the shirt. But it's worth a shot!

Q: Does anyone have a problem with odor staying in the shirt after washing?

Yes, after a few washes. (Sweat-x detergent helps get the funk out.). And once I washed it, it didn’t work as well. Great concept but this was a waste of money for me.

Q: Has anyone noticed a difference in effectiveness between the short sleeves and 3/4 sleeves?

Yes. I had better results with the longer sleeve
