This is my second bottle of Slimup. This drink helps me feel full when I am on intermittent fasting and has helped me lose weight (2kg in a month) when I follow one meal a day plus this drink .I generally have it in the night as recommended in the instructions. I usually have it with slim milk. It tastes good with just water also. This is a good weight management protein drink which has ayurvedic herbs and is affordable as well.

I personally lost 6 kg with this though I was not regularly consumed still it worked it has l cartinine which helps to reduce weight by stimulating the body to burn fats quality was good and mixability was also good tastes was also good I have purchased chocolate flavour and talking about sugar content it's sugar free ....

When I started to use then I observe my side and I found good 👍 results..

A true review, I got after a week of using. Ever since I started taking it my digestion has become worse, I feel like I am having a lot of trouble digesting it, it is very bad for our health.Extra carotene will have to be taken to digest it. I suggest you look for another option

Good product for weight loss

This is really good and keeps me full until next day noon. I am in intermittent fasting and I usually have this shake on my dinner diet and I have my next meal by next day noon. But really am not hungry for so long and this is tasty and easy to dissolve we no need blender and all. I haven't checked my weight yet but I feel reduced weight. Going to continue
