Q: Does this clean quarters? The quarters were in a flood and attempt to clean with bleach put brown spots on them. Will this clean these quarters?

Q: I have quite a bit of coins I'd like to clean....do they have to be cleaned individually or what is recommended

You may be able to clean them in a batch, but I'd recommend testing one at a time first. Also soap and water might be all you need?

Q: Does this stuff loose it's effectiveness over time. Does it have an expiration date?

I did not se an expiration date on it. I have had mine for close to a year and it still works as good as it did the first time I used it.

Q: Heard it removes milk spots, is that right?

Unfortunately, there is nothing I have found that will remove those milk spots. I believe that there is foreign material in the silver and not a tarnish or oxidation of the silver.
