Each compartment has ample room for the pills that I need to place in them; Each day's section is removable, so if I'm going out for the day, I can put the day's section in my purse, and I have my medication with me - no worries! The case and the compartments all stay closed reliably, yet are not difficult to open when you need to open them. Very good functionality.

When I first opened this up I thought "oh no this isn't even close to big enough for what I needed". But after going through all of the pills that I take and loading it up for each time of each day, it turned out to be almost perfect. I take a lot of "capsules". And it holds pretty much the number of pills that it says in the caption. The labeling and functionality and organization is great. One star off for maybe it could've been a tiny bit bigger but that's splitting hairs.

Love this pill organizer! Everything is kept together in a strong secure perfectly sized box great for travel too! When I’m out for the day, I just toss the pills for that day in my purse. The perfectly sized individual pill boxes are color coded with easy to read print that doesn’t wear off. I loved this item so much, I purchased two more. Try it you won’t be sorry!
