My Kitty is on daily meds and will spit it out if it is hidden in a treat. This Era pill dispenser is a lifesaver for me. It does come with 2 tips and they are small and will not work for a capsule. Just to give you an idea it will fit 1/4 of a Benadryl tab or Zyrtec.

The silicone tips are difficult to put on and it doesn't eject the pill, the tip holds onto the pill regardless of how hard you push the plunger the pill will not come out of the sleeve. It's useless.

I had one of the pill poppers in the past. It made giving my cat a pill very easy. This one is good, I just wish the compartment for the pill was a little larger.

The media could not be loaded. This product diminishes the stress of putting a tablet into the pet mouth. I highly recommend it. Please watch my little video. As long as you assemble this correctly, you will have no trouble administering a tablet to your pet. If I didn’t mention it in the video, I do recommend that you practice, first before you try it the first time with your pet. That way you will know how deeply to put your capsule into the silicon mouth housing.

The pill didn’t really fit

This comes in very handy to give my cat his medication. Make sure you get the pill into the back of the mouth so they swallow it right away. When I didn't my cat just pushed the pill out with his tongue.

The media could not be loaded. I was actually SUPER excited when this arrived. It comes with two different attachments for the bottom. One that is slotted so you can fit a pill into it with ease, and the other has no slot so it's likely for liquid. These are rubberized tips so that you can put them into your pets mouth without any worry that they may bite down and hurt their teeth.I have had a pill gun for our cat before, but I needed a replacement. This one doesn't have good enough suction to be able to really "shoot" the pill into the mouth. If you used this on a cat, the pill would be fall too close to the front of the mouth and be spit out. The idea behind a device like this is that it's being quickly sent directly to the back of the throat, where they'll swallow and medication can be easily given.This fails to do that, so it's not functional. I will be returning it due to the poor suction. I am not sure if I received a one-off or if the design is poor.I have shared a video showing a pill gun with proper force behind it (blue tip) and comparing it to the one from this listing (white tip). You can see it just drops the pill out of the end slowly rather than pushing it out with air force.

Wow...this pill dispenser works like a charm. My cat didn't even know what I put in his mouth & was over with in seconds :) The days of rough struggles to give him a pill is over thanks to this pill dispenser!
