XWerks Lift, werks (pun intended) almost immediately!
I started Xwerks Lift 2-days ago on my recovery day with 4 servings, and my long ruck (10k with 25 pounds) maintained a steady pace covering 2 hours without slowing down. Overnight, excellent recovery, no soreness and ready to go long, strong, or fast again today. Downside of Lift is it doesn’t dissolve wholely into cold bevages and you have to keep shaking bev container and Lift has a gritty texture in cold bevs. Upside, dissolves completely into hot beverages/ coffee with no gritty texture. Power up your next latte and let it Werk!

ABSOLUTELY Flavorless
I just put it in about a cup of water, mix, and down it. No flavor at all. I don't like things I have to use with fruit juice or some other calorie ridden thing to make it palatable. This doesn't require anything to mask the taste because there is no taste! Perfect. I have never tried this type of supplement before, so I am hopeful for the benefits.

Healthy and powerful
I am a gym rat and I was looking for something to give me a boost in the gym but also help with my recovery, without any side effects. I felt the difference in my workouts within the first week. It gave me that extra push that I needed without leaving me drained in the end.

Solid Creatine, Great Brand
I’m a big fan of Xwerks protein powder, so I decided to try their Lift Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. It’s just as effective as other creatine brands I’ve used, performing well for my workouts. I like the convenience of sticking with the same company, and the quality is excellent, as expected from Xwerks. That said, you might find similar creatine for a bit cheaper elsewhere. Still, solid product from a reliable brand!

Looked up best creatine unit prices before picking this one. Good price and the product is your standard, good creatine (hard to mess it up or stand out). Good gains and effectiveness.

Brain function
I can left way more than before using creatine but it’s not about that I had severe brain damage. I could not talk due to the stroke. I notice I could talk way better due to the creatine.
