Moatly OK, would call it a decent kit for a hobbyist.
Spot checked with a B&K LCR meter: values 2.2uf to 10uf are not accurate (tested at 120hz and 1khz). other values are spot-on.

Very Nice!
Nice just heavy enough leads, excellent encapsulation extending onto leads for strain relief, they all hit my LCR P-1 within 5% the nominal value

Great packaging
It's a nice assortment, not too many of each value, and I love the packaging. The skinny little cases are big enough for small parts, are very well labeled, and fit nicely into a parts drawer, and are reusable I'll be buying more of their component kits going forward.
