Best screen for triple laser, after several attempts
Originally, I got a silver version (120”) for my old projector, but before it arrived I upgraded to the Nexigo Tri Beam Ultra which rocks. But, the triple laser is finicky about screen material. Silver was a speckle disaster, unwatchable. I have a Cinewhite screen 1.1 gain and it was good but I hoped I could get a bit more out of a better screen. I did like the frame so I returned the silver and went acoustic white. If you own or are considering a triple laser projector, look no further. The fabric is perfect for diffusing the light and eliminating 100% of any speckle I had. Also it’s tight enough to retain all of the detail (4k) with no sign of grain or evidence of fabric lines (I also sampled a spandex screen, bad). The only criticism I have, which others have mentioned, is that the screen had no black backing due to being acoustically transparent so everything behind it must be blacked out. You can do this by either painting the wall behind it a flat black or using a sheet of black fabric behind it. This also includes, most importantly, blacing out the side of the support rod for ghe frame that faces front. You will see it reflecting light through the screen if you don’t. I used a strip of wide velcro and it worked perfectly, adhesive velvet might even be better, get like 3” wide to cover, about 60” worth minimum. Once the rod and wall are blacked out, this screen does an amazing job of giving you exactly what you hoped you could get from the laser projector. The reported gain is both 1.0 and .9 in the description but it’s definitely less hot than my 1.1 gain flat white PVC screen which generally looked great but seemed unnaturally bright at times, this screen looks amazingly natural. The 3D is also flawless. I got this screen, the last one (said 1 left when I bought it and now unavailable) for a about $150 which is an absolute steal. If you have a triple laser projector, this screen, or another similar acoustic fabric (not perforated PVC) is the way to go. Sure, it’s not ALR, but if you have blackout curtains it’s perfect. My projector is so strong and rich with color saturation that even with open windows it’s watchable. I’m selling my 3D oled now, that’s how comfortable I am switching to the projector full time. This acoustic fabric screen and a triple laser system (standard throw) are a perfect match. Look no further. Just be prepared to black out the support rod and wall behind it, that’s it, otherwise as good as it gets right now. I did not sample the $2000 fresnel screens, full disclosure.

A professional opinion.
I install ht for a living. I installed many screens from the $500 range to the $3000 range. This screen really impressed me for the money. The build quality is better then the elite screens that cost a couple hundred more, the picture quality it’s great, it assembled easy. It has a method for wall mounting that unlike any other screen I have installed before. I has basically 4 key holes on the back which it’s a little awkward to get on but it hold the top and the bottom to the wall really well. You can’t get a better screen for the money.

QualGear 150 inch 1.2 Gain White Screen
So I haven't had a chance to put this together yet, but thought I would offer some initial impressions based on going through the packages. Once I get it put together I will update this review and add some pics. Shipping Packages: The packaging looked very well done, and while the exterior box was not damaged, I would guess that the internal components could withstand a decent amount of damage to the exterior box without themselves being damaged. Hardware: I was a bit underwhelmed on this part. The corner brackets were only spot welded vs having full welds. That makes me worry a bit about how well they will hold up over time. The center joints are stout, but were so scratched up that they looked like they have been used before. They are probably just this way from being put in a large container all-together in the warehouse. The Frame pieces are very solid and seem to be of good quality. I haven't unrolled the screen yet to see that. The rods used to go into the screen fabric are solid fiberglass rods with the ability to screw together for the longer horizontal part of the screen. My only issue with these is that the instructions call out that these rods are metal, and while the rods provided do seem to be of good quality, metal rods would add more strength, which would be welcomed for a 150 in screen. Finally, the installation manual looks to be very informative, and the instructions seem to be pretty straight forward. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and excited to get this put together. ***3/5 Update**** I have had the screen put together and up for 2 weeks now. The only issue is that one of the four bolts broke off, luckily I had two studs back-to-back in the wall or it would have created an issue. I tried to go by a lag bolt to replace it at the local hardware store, but they didn't sell lag bolts that small, and the smallest that was at the hardware store (1/4 inch) do not fit in the brackets. It didn't end up creating a problem with hanging the screen though as I just used the top two brackets. It looks great up, and the picture looks amazing. I will post some pics once I get a chance to take them. I would buy this again and recommend to a friend.

The best pvc screen to enhance picture quality, no wrinkles!
After watching movies projected on a white wall I decided to try this screen with aluminum frame. The best decision ever! I wish I had tried this first instead of various other pvc screens which came wrinkled badly and they would not go away after steaming, stretching etc. The qualgear came with great easy to follow instructions to assemble. The whole thing can be installed by one person but to mount it on the wall you will need 2-3 people. The screen absolutely looks like viewing on a 120 inch HDTV. The frame and screen are of high quality and well designed and engineered. I will without any doubt recommend this screen to everyone who is particular about picture quality from a projector. Buy this and you will not regret it. A Satisfied Customer.

Very happy with the screen. Packed well and was surprisingly easy to assemble, took our time and it took about an hour. I got the 135" screen and I have a 4k BenQ projector, the picture quality is fantastic. I spent quite a while searching screen options prior to making this purchase and I'm happy that I decided on this screen.

I bought this as a way to hide my speakers behind my screen like a real movie theatre does. After a lot of research, I figured I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a screen. I saw this one and figured why not, Amazon has a great return policy. So after having it for a few months, I must say I'm very impressed with this screen especially for the price. It was easy to assemble (did it myself in less than 1.5 hrs), and it seems to be high quality. I've been using it regularly since I got it, and my only 'issue' is that it might be too transparent. The support bar that holds the centre up is visible when the projector is on, as a dark line on the screen (I was aware of this from other reviewsbefore I bought the screen). Also, the light shines through and produces a double image/shadow on the back of the screen. But really, those are minor issues that I was easily able to remedy by buying some acoustically transparent black backing to mount behind the screen. Now, it looks amazing. There are lots of other screens out there, and most are a lot more expensive than this one. They 'may' be better, but honestly for the price I don't think you'll get a better one. And really, even if they are better I'd bet you'd have to do a literal side by side comparison to see what (if any) difference paying 2, 3, 5 or even 20× as much money would make. Cheers.

The screen was a lot lighter than expected and very easy to setup by myself with some basic tools. Bracket installation on the wall was a bit tricky, but nothing that double checking your measurements and placement a few times couldn't solve. Picture is crystal clear, and the gray colour helped make the image show up in the room where it was installed better than a white screen would have due to lighting conditions.
