Q: How do you puy in the bottom pieces on this towel rack. i've tried screwing the in but they don't go in???? help

MINE WENT IN WITH NO PROBLEM. However, you do have to hold the upper pieces 'in place' while you tightening the screws in.

Q: The floor space I have for this is 9 1/4" [height & width do not matter]. Would this product fit in that space?

The towel rack's base is 7 3/4 inches. The base forms an arc, so if it is placed against a wall, that's how far the front point would extend.

Q: Does it tend to fall over easily? The stand part doesn't look too stable. Looks like it would fall forward. Thanks!

It's pretty stable but it will tip if you pull the towel forward instead of up, as would most free standing towel stands.

Q: How much does it weigh?

I do not know how much it weighs BUT, it is light and beautiful. NEVER tipped over and I keep two large towels and a shower mat towel on it.Very dramatic looking. We love it and it does not take up much room.
