It aims to help you understand the bigger picture of what goes into a golfer reaching their potential.I strongly recommend this book to anyone hoping to get a real grasp of environment, work ethic and support a junior golfer needs to play their best.

Every parent of a junior golfer needs to read this book. But every golfer need to apply these principals to their own development. It is not just going to help parents and their kids. My biggest disappointment was that I finished the book on the second day of my vacation but I read it a few more times after that and highlighted something on every page. Great book!
