I first purchased Best Glutamine a little over a year ago and began using it post workout. I just mix it with ice water and sip on it following my lifts which has been a game changer in my recovery process. I didn't realize it at first but, when I had a few weeks without it, I noticed my recovery wasn't as seamless or expedited. I've learned this is a must have in my supplement stack to ensure I can maintain an effective training regimen. Love the taste as well! Overall awesome product.

This glutamine flavor is amazing and has helped me build lean muscle. I have been able to recover better than before. It is a great protein building block.

The product is great but the container is too tall. Once it got halfway full, I could not fit my hand inside to use the scooper. Had to transfer it to a tupperware bowl.Also, I wish I had gotten plain and not flavored. It doesnt go with the shakes that I make which i include bcaa and whey protein. Throws off the taste.But by itself its good!So if you plan to mix this with bcaa and whey prtein, get compatible flavors of each. I accidentally ordered apple bcaa, blue glutamine, and red velvet whey protein. NOt the best taste, but results are A1!

Great supplement, use it for post workout and it has helped immensely with recovery. Flavors are top notch like you'd expect from BPI. Highly recommended to all people.

I have been using this product for about 4 years now and it has helped me to make progressive gains when it comes to fitness and overall health and feeling good. In addition to other BPI Sports supplements that I take, I usually workout about 4 to 5 times a week. During this journey, I have noticed the positive effects it has had on me, physically and mentally.

I am accustomed to the unflavored glutamine that I would add to whatever I could. That's fine but this tastes so good, I look forward to breaking up the water monotony of my day to drink this for my glutamine intake. Its delicious!

well with bpi, you basically gamble on getting a clean powder. They have great taste when they are clean, but sadly I got too many molded containers from this brand. almost 50% of my purchases , which is staggering honestly

All products PBI have been good but this element of product for some reason is getting moisture in.Glutamine.The second one sent was not solid but not full powder. Lot better but not perfect. I am using this one.I would encourage checking out why.U are amazing. Thank for service.Happy days !!

Ordered this as i am a regular user of BPI. Found this product to be cheaper than the actual BPI website, yet the same quality! I am very pleased.

Not bad reminds me of love heart sweets flavour, does its job but a little expensive just for the taste. It's no different than unflavoured 5g glutamine, but at least with unflavoured glutamine you can mix it with protein shake or aminos of cheaper brand and still get same if not better effect.I think its a bit too sweet though.

Good glutamine supplement. Nice consistency to drink. A bit sweeter than I'd like it but most of not all supplements are.
