Pros: camera quality. Size. Recording quality. Cons: No option to route power to vehicle battery for continuous use. Infinite issues saving video via Bluetooth/wifi connection. Did not save both inward and outward video, only outward (when it did decide to work in the beginning). Requires a subscription. Using the app became frustrating when it would NEVER connect to the device. Installation is messy.. especially if you have a large vehicle like me. If you choose to buy this, please, get a micro SD card with it to save your videos. Do not rely on the system to save them. Overall, it wasn’t worth it to me at all. I was so excited to have it and completely regret it. To each their own, but from me to you, buyer beware. 😭

Pro camera does not allow two apps at the same time. So you can’t record and use CarPlay without disconnecting one of the apps.

Pretty easy to install. It's a little tricky to figure out how to pair it with the phone, but the chat function in the app resulted in quick customer service and a solution. I like that it has the parking mode and GPS. It does well with video in the dark as well as with clarity. One note, they don't work with all insurance companies as yet so it is hard to determine how if at all I could generate a report for my insurance company. To be fair I have not made an extensive effort to figure this out either. I would recommend this product for someone looking to have a dashcam!

This is my second Nexar dash camera. No issues with my other one, it is in another vehicle. I was in an accident and it was very helpful. I was able to show the police officer what happen immediately after the accident happen. Great product to have. I highly recommend Nexar dash camera.
