Have had four different t CCTV systems. And this is by far the best. It wins always, from ease of setup to quality pictures and recording. Set up is relatively simple. Just pair each camera with the NVR before you install them at their location. This system operated flawlessly for 15 months. It was the hard drive failed, which was from a reputed HD manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer customer service department and OMG, how brilliant they were. After a few emails on the problem. They established it was hard drive failure. Immediately, they sent a replacement. Problem solved and system running as reliable as ever. I can only recommend this system and the Customer support services that I’ve experienced. Five stars .

This was bought to replace a ten year old system. Great company to deal with answered all my questions (before purchase). Cameras relative easy to install linking to the recorder unit with no trouble. great picture quality and easy to use software...bearing in mind my old system was a bit "clunky". Have yet to use the backup feature but it appears to be straight forward. The power lead for the recorder could have been a tad longer in length but was OK. All the power leads were marked to make it easy to connect up. In all delighted with the system and service...one niggle the flashing indicator lights at the front of the recorder are very bright so choose carefully where you position it. Can't comment on durability just yet. 6 month update. Still performing well ,absolutely delighted with unit. Only niggle was hard drive failed after about two days. Hiseeu replaced it immediately. Worked perfectly ever since. Reading some of the reviews I notice some people have struggled to contact Hiseeu, I have contacted them before purchace and after sales and have always had exemplary service.

Great product out the box, cameras already synced to the dvr litterally screw them to the wall plug power in switch the dvr on and add your WiFi to it and boom it automatically finds the cameras!! , download the app to controll them can't fault it , untill I noticed I have been supplied 3mp system rather than the 5mp system I ordered from amazon I just asked to swap for the correct cameras and they refused point blank said send entire system back and we can refund you , I contacted the manufacturer and they were super helpfull offered me cash back as a good will gesture or would send me the cameras I ordered , I declined the money and had the 4 cameras sent to me 3 days from China! And I got to keep the 4, 3mp ones too customer service has been fantastic highly recommend the system to anybody. Customer service was done through WhatsApp so is super easy to contact them and they were more than happy to help . Amazon .....not so much, the customer service stinks either refund or nothing they just don't care .

You should always do your homework before any big spends which is what I thought I had thoroughly done prior to purchasing this Hiseeu camera system. Unit arrived as excpected and pretty easy and straight forward to set up... Until you hit a glitch. The info book was pretty limited for problem solving or FAQ's - Next step is always good ol Google. Every single Hiseeu page where the Google search comes up with the answer, is a "Page not found" or error 404 - Help pages DO NOT exist. Next step YouTube which was helpful with one thing but hasnt been enough on its own to trouble shoot the problem we are having with the intermittent signal loss, freezing and unpairing. No physical technical reason for the issue as the cameras have a clear signal and WiFi route, hence needing to search for other possible solutions. From the 4 cameras, we are down to just 2 working. Will be doing a full factory reset layer today and if there is still issues with this, it will have to be returned to Amazon as its not fit for the purpose of use. This has been a learning curve and something new on me, remember to check that you're buying from a functioning company who have Web pages that can offer support and answers. If we could have got these working as they should, would have been happy enough with the picture quality, it's not the best but is better than some others on the market.

I bought the HiSeeU security system (8WK-4HBC23-1T-UK) after my current system failed. I was able to install it very quickly with no problems. It was so easy I didn’t even use the setup wizard. The supplied cameras linked to the NVR in about 25 secs from them being plugged in. This is my 3rd home security camera system and the easiest to setup yet. The 4 cameras are providing a good WiFi signal around my house and I’m pleased with the picture quality. In case it’s needed, you also get a 3mtr extension aerial, to replace the static camera’s attached antenna if the signal is low on that particular camera. Also included is a mouse to operate the menus, a short network cable and an HDMI cable. The cameras have 2 way audio so you can speak via any camera or the phone apps even whilst away from home. I needed to ask Jason at HiSeeU customer support a few questions before I bought the system and received a very quick reply. The NVR is very quiet when running and the iPhone app for remote viewing is working well. The installed 1TB SATA drive can be upgraded to 6TB if required. Note that the wireless system is 2.4Gh only. The system is very good value for money.

Ho comprato e installato questo sistema di videosorveglianza Wi-Fi composto da due telecamere fisse e due telecamere rotanti a 360°, con un disco fisso da 1 TB che registra 24 ore su 24. E' oltre un anno che è in funzione e non posso che esserne più contento, soprattutto perchè ha tutte le funzionalità di cui si possa aver bisogno. L’installazione è risultata rapida, il sistema offre la doppia fruizione delle immagini sia su televisore collegato alla centralina sia in remoto tramite un’app dedicata. Tra le funzionalità preferite segnalo la possibilità di configurare allarmi sonori, ricevere notifiche dai sensori di movimento e attivare luci di illuminazione al rilevamento: funzioni che aumentano notevolmente il livello di sicurezza. La visione notturna è eccellente e garantisce dettagli chiari anche in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, il prodotto è prefetto. J'ai commandé le kit 4cam+ NVR+ une cam supplémentaire. Je ne suis pas une pointure de la tech mais j'ai réussi à tout connecter en cable RJ45 (non fourni). J'ai juste un problème avec ma 5ème caméra et un message d'erreur sur le NVR (Mdp incorrecte) alors que sur l'application de mon téléphone tout fonctionne très bien. Donc je vais contacter le support et voir leur réactivité. J'ai commencé à découvrir l'appli du NVR et je dois dire que c'est très ludique, exporter des extraits vidéos, revisionner des événements etc... La qualité des images est superbes. Il me reste à me familiariser avec la sensibilité de la détection et mon chat. Dans l'ensemble je suis extrêmement satisfait pour un rapport qualité prix au top. Je conseille cet achat.
