It works!
I was devastated when my iPod charger frayed and could no longer connect to my car radio—life, and driving, became bleak. I tried replacement after replacement, but nothing delivered. Heed the warnings....UPDATED
Update: While my item was a little shaky as mentioned in my prior comment, the vendor was very quick to provide a no-hassle refund or replacement. That goes a long way in providing assurances that you will not be left high and dry.There are a number of reviews that noted that the casing on the unit came off/separated when unplugging. I did not read them before purchasing. I plugged the unit into my old Ipod 5th gen and it did charge up the unit (concerned the ipod had failed). Unfortunately when I went to unplug it (first unplugging) the unit separated. Likely still works, but I did purchase another one from a different vendor as the life on this puppy doesn't seem to be very long.

works great for older IPods and that’s about it tried using it for another tablet that wasn’t iPod and it didn’t fit or charge

Ordered for granddaughter who recently got an iPhone 4 for nostalgic reasons. The cord worked perfectly and the speed it came was awesome.

Works good but quality is cheap
Very cheap quality. But I guess that’s what you get with the cheap price. One of the chargers broke within 2 hours (the plastic piece came off and wire was exposed). It did in fact charge my item but the quality is just not there.
