I too have shot a shot gun sense I was eight years old, 1953.I have been a level one Nssa instructor sense 1994.I have read most every book on clay target shooting, including all articles regarding same sense 1988.All the past righting of years gone by talk about "LEAD" a conceived lead in either inches or feet. This is wrong thinking. We humans are not put together that way.Our mind see the lead and computes the lead subconsciously, not consistently.DON, brings this out so well in his book. I own and have read well over a dozen books on shotguns and shotgunning including Churchill and Burrards classic books. This book is a fount of new and useful information. Well written and concise. High quality paper and illustrations.

This is an interesting read, but hard to stay awake while reading it. If you’re interested in learning all bout the authors life, you’ll love it. He spends too much of the book talking about himself, and not enough about fitting. Then when he does, it’s overly wordy and complicated.

If you need help shooting, this is a must have book.

I have in the past purchased Don’s book and DVDs. I have always regarded his work highly, and this latest book confirms his status as a wonderful teacher, albeit Gunfitting this time around. Any reasonably serious shooter would do well to buy this product, even if you have not been planning to have any fitting done. Having read this book, I have a much clearer picture as to how my gun should properly fit me, along with an abundance of great information on clay shooting in general. Extremely well put together. Well done on a superb product, Don.

The best yet in Don Currie's excellent series of shotgunning books. I received the book three days ago and have read it twice from cover to cover. I will probably put it down for a week and come back to it for a third pass.The writing is lucid. The graphics and photos are totally on point. The material is addressed comprehensively but never bogs down.If studying shotgunning is your passion this book should be part of your core curriculum.
