I really like these, they aren’t too large and they don’t have a weird taste or smell. They do make my pee a more neon color but I can tell they are working bc I am low on vitamin D and they have enough that my skin is noticeably better from taking these

My personal experience surely differs from the norm, but I felt the need to drop 1 star just for how miserable it was. I tried these on three separate occasions hoping it was poor timing or something unrelated in an attempt to not waste these. Nope, it’s definitely these, for some reason. I get major acid reflux and digestive problems for hours after taking these. I’ve never had it happen with multi-vitamins before, I’m very unsure on why these specifically caused me problems. That said, they seem like great multi’s and have no other obvious issues.

I mean. I honestly don't know how to write a review for a multivitamins. But it is a multivitamin. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now, and it's nice, a lot of people say that they get tummy aches, but if you eat a nice healthy meal, you should not get any tummy issues( in my experience)
