Q: What's the cover make from rubber or what

There are rubber elements but it's also made of hard plastic, this is an extreme case to get front screen is protected but at the cost of functionality you won't be reaching sides of the screens easily, and this case is final unless you are willing to cut it off with a knife assuming you are using the adhesive strips that allow the case to work properly

Q: Adhesive strips can you buy them separately?

You get spares with the product, but use them only if necessary, from what I've seen online the glue can possibly damage your aerial at the Side of the phone if you attempt to remove so, basically the case once the adhesive is on is a long term commitment
