Do not use this book as a textbook for your course; it is biased and ideologically driven, ignoring many facts and studies.This book is clearly biased and attempts to ideologically influence its readers to push the ideas of a gender wage gap, the unequal treatment of individuals through Affirmative Action as a positive thing, and diversity as an end goal rather than a basic principle.

I prefer my textbooks in Kindle version for searchability, bookmarks, highlighting, notes, etc. Unfortunately, Cengage doesn't give you the access card even though you are paying THE SAME PRICE for the book as the digital book! On top of that, Cengage is gouging the customer since there is no cost involved with printing and shipping a physical book. So where does the extra money go? It certainly doesn't show as savings for the customer!

I realize this text has been around a while, but some parts are written in a style that requires multiple rereading. It is like a research paper where the author has to be careful how to say things and whom to credit, and dances around a little and winds up saying things in a tepid sort of way. Other parts are fine. Also, in the Kindle version, all the major subchapter headings are missing. It should say "13-2 Cases of Conflict in Organizations", but instead, the numbers are missing.

Use is for school. Hope can learn more. Item in good condition. Thank you.

The kindle version does not have access to any of the information needed at the end of the chapters. No discussion questions, chapter review, etc.

The farther I get in this textbook, the happier I am with it. I love how simple the review cards in the back are, and I'm also in love with how feminist it is. I'm pretty excited for this class.
