Solid, Sturdy Whisk
Use these in commercial and my home kitchen and it feels great especially for making bigger emulsions and batters. Very easy on the hands and very durable.

The Real Deal
I've only used this whisk a few times so I can't speak to its durability, but from my experience it is very sturdy and well made. As someone who has gone through a lot of crappy whisks in my time, this means a lot. All-in-all an excellent kitchen tool- the only downside for me is I don't find it particularly attractive, but that's both a personal point of view, and something that doesn't really matter that much for this type of tool.
