Update: I’ve never had one fail before. I heated it and it split and the interior clay is now crumbly and dry. Very dissatisfied. Have had these before and they never failed like this. This clay based pad is my go-to for heat relief. I have two and they are perfect. The weight helps the warmth deep into your area of application. Very soothing.

Had 1 for years but over heated it in the microwave and it popped. So had to buy the same exact 1 because I like the size and it can be used heated or cooled.

The most easy to use heat pack out there. Have had it for many months and it still works like new. Just throw it in the microwave for 2 min and it stays warm for long time. Have been using it for lower back pain and stiff neck muscles. It is a god send!
