2.5" Creeper Wheel

These casters are a great replacement for the originals that were worn out on my mechanics creeper. Roll very smooth.

Hated to toss my old creeper so I bought these. They work excellent. A little taller than my old wheels but I knew that because they list the size.

Wheels on my Snap-On Creeper were old and cracking. My wheels were 2 1/2" so I ordered these to replace them. Easy enough to replace no modifications needed and I used the lock washers from the original wheels, had to tap them on with a plastic hammer as they were tight going on the nuts. Nuts tighten with a 5mm hex socket and fit nicely. Only thing was the metal swivel part on the new wheels is taller than the original wheel so the 2 " wheels would have kept the creeper at the same height. Don't think the extra 1/2" of height will be any problem. Creeper rolls smooth again. Good cheap fix and I don't use my creeper much so I think they'll last as my floor is smooth.

Replaced the worn wheels on my Harbor F creeper approx 10 yrs old. They use the same 5mm hex head wrench so easy to swap them out. They will raise the creeper 5/8" over the old wheels so bare that in mind if clearance is minimal. Quality appears to be better than the old wheels; time will tell. Good purchase because it saves half the price of a new creeper!

Perfect for the wore out wheels on the mechanic creeper. Mine were missing bearings, wouldn't stay tight, and left black scruffy around the floor. Now with these smooth rolling wheels are great. Super easy to install. I like the slightly bigger size, doesn't effect the ability to turn into a stool. I haven't once gotten stuck under the car now.

1st off the top portion of the screw that the allen wrench goes into is cheap metal. I stripped every one of them putting these on. With that said I tightened them pretty good. Im hoping I wont need to remove them anytime soon. I had to add a washer on the top portion under the allen screw because the shaft was a bit long. That was an easy fix. So overall these wheels are awesome. Yes they are plastic but so were the ones on my old mac tools creeper my stepdad gave me. I used it tonight. The ride was smoother than the original mac tools wheels. I did put some extra heavy duty red grease in the bearings since the new wheel bearings barely had any. Again easy fix. If you use a creeper you have grease in the garage. Also I found out why my stepdad removed the wheels in the middle. They pinch the bottom of your bicep when you move around. Ill be taking the middle wheels back off. These wheels are a 100% solid buy. Oh and they were cheaper $$$ than any other online place I could find. If something changes I will update my review.

Fits perfectly in place of the original snap-on wheels. Did have to enlarge the holes on a couple to fit.

Absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time. 1 star is too much.
