I paid to rush my delivery because I got sick of waking up with my joints swollen and achy.I do spin classes often. I am physically active and work on my feet all day. I will go to see my Dr. Soon to discuss my achy body. After a lot of research and hearing reviews I opted for this product and Can I tell you how glad I purchased and started.I did the recommended loading dose to start for day 1 and 2 of 3 tablets.My tummy is a little bloated but my aches and joints are like 75% gone.Day 3 I will go to 2 tablets once a day and see how I do. But WOW!!!! What a difference. THIS PRODUCT IS A WIN!! It's not the cheapest but Def worth the $$.Feel great everyone and don't be afraid to try this product!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Works

My knees ache when I run. As soon as I start taking these pills, a few days later the pain goes away. I love that they have turmeric in them because they have found that it is very effective for joint health . The only downside is you have to take three pills and they aren’t small. But that is no different than any other joint pills I’ve taken in the past. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. At 50 my knee pain was wretched. My mom recommended these ingredients. By the second day I started feeling relief. 5 days in I no longer limp and getting out of a low vehicle is no issue. My doctor recommended PT and meloxicam. Instead I use these and do very few leg and core exercises so my muscles take on the work my bones and cartilage were doing. I am extremely pleased with these. They seem to be restoring the loss of collagen which I didn’t know was possible. I am a fan. I take 3 or 2 every morning b4 food.

Although my joint pain and stiffness has eased tremendously, I was not prepared for the intense hot flashes. After being out of menopause for years I now have tremendous hot flashes both day and night. After doing some research have concluded that the Baswellia is what is causing them. I read a couple other reports about women my age going back into hot flashes after using things with Baswellia in it. I still recommend the product for the other benefits just not for hot flashes. I liked the product It helped my pain a lot It took a few days Probly because I took it only once a day The product called for 3 thats hard to take that many that many times a day Thats kust me Or I would have gave it a 5 star .I was taking it for my osteo arthritis. I thought it eas going to be hard to swallow but it has a like silky coating.All in all a good product Its hard to find something that works for arthritis. 😁
