Got these for my son. He has a biting stim and honestly these have helped to distract him from biting my arm. He tends to be a nervous/bored snacker and these help keep his choppers busy until he's actually hungry. I love the 4 pack so I can keep them handy. They are very sturdy and he loves the brick design

These work as described. I really liked the adjustable string. My son is a heavy chewer so these did not end up lasting more than a week at a time.

One of our kids will chew literally anything and these necklaces are great - he can chew away without us having to worry about what’s in his mouth!!
