Q: How do you clean or disinfect the roller?

Very easy to clean, just use soap and water.You can probably spray it with alcohol and wipe clean, if you're asking to use on multiple people. I'm pretty sure heat disinfects not cold.

Q: .I don’t see how this will work for puffy eyes when the roller is large. Thoughts?

I found that if you turn the roller upside down it will roll over your under eye area.

Q: How long do the rollers last?

Bought it for my daughter in law last year. She absolutely loves it, uses it a lot and says it’s the best gift I’ve ever given her!! Keeps it in the freezer and it’s still just as good as new. Bought one for myself too!
