Awesome brazing rods!
These copper brazing rods work great. No issues. Just paint it on.

Excellent value for the purpose
Used this item to braze some HVAC copper tubing (thin wall) using MAPP gas. Meltability and flowability were as advertised. Product worked equally well in horizontal and vertical joint orientations. Very pleased with this product.

Fast shipping, Works as described
These rods work for copper to copper connections on my refrigerator repairs. I've used these rods for a few years now. I would have given five stars however as of late it appears some of the rods, when I bend them, they snap off. This wastes some of the rod.

Will work with Mapp gas
Update- if windy at all it is harder to use with map/pro gas. Takes awhile. I've had mix results have to get it pretty hot. Going still use thse buy may get acetylene air set upHave used 3 times in 3 weeks for some smaller brazes 2 on ac low side and 1 braze on high. Checked 2 today after about 2 weeks and both have held charge to the T. I use Mapp gas so have to just get that pipe hot it will liquefy with Mapp.

Limited success with air acetylene or propane
Worked on copper and galvanized steel air propane with good benzomatic torch, better flow with Hobart brazing flux granuals and with air acetylene torch. Fine for smaller copper on copper joining. Almost no flow on copper to stainless steel even with flux with these torches. Not as nice flow as brazing with some silver in the filler rod. Likely able to work with 1 in and larger with oxygen and flux.

Convenient to have to get the job done the right week
I did not dislike it at all. It was good. Soldering copper tubing back on a compressor for the refrigerator
