I have to say I get a good body buzz in a positive way from taking the 1/3 teaspoon 1000mg recommended dose. I have been dealing with chronic fatigue for 10+ years and have to say this helps with brain fog in short bursts of 1 to 2 hours. Much better result than say a strong cup of coffee. Small boost to energy but wind up getting more done with a clear head than more energy most days.The only problem is that the taste is terrible, think of biting into an aspirin, and it's hit or miss if it dissolves. Most of the time it clumps and instantly sticks to the side of the glass like glue. When you try to scrape it off it gets stuck to the fork and then won't get off the fork when you try to mix it in again. Globs wind of floating on the surface and they don't break up with more mixing. So you wind up drinking it with globs floating, licking it off the fork, and wasting some stuck to the glass in the sink.

I purchased for my horses. It helps build immune system. It seems to work. Ingredients seem pure. You get a lot for the price. Texture is nice. Bag is big.

The taste is very bitter, but with honey is ok for me. Not sure it works alone because I take with honey goat weed extraction powder of the same brand for 5 days per week, and cycle with Cistanche Capsules month/month over one year. I feel energy and libido increased, no side effect.

There are two things I have noticed that others have pointed out on here. First, the taste is potent. However, I've found that this doesn't matter quite so much, as it's a "small dose" ingredient, and can easily be mixed with something else (Vitamin Water, for example). Second, I, like another reviewer, have noticed that, since taking this product, I don't get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I don't know how else to explain this - I used to wake up around 2 or 3am almost every night, but no more, and this product is the only thing I've introduced into my routine in the last couple weeks.One recipe I use this for is mixing it with matcha powder and some water, then freezing it in an ice cube tray. When solid, put 2 or 3 cubes in about 6-8 oz of flavored water. Works like a charm!

I used pre-made ginseng before with no results. This powder seems to be more of the real thing, and I actually noted a difference in physical performance and overall health. Amazingly it took the bitter edge off the Tongkat Ali that it is mixed with. I am pleased and will buy it again.

This stuff tastes terrible!!!I mix it in with other stuff but doesn't help.Regardless I'll probably go back to capsules.Maybe even before I use this up.
