It's good quality. Suction cup is really strong. Foam is soft and robust on the bars. Really a good product for core strength.

It is an excellent product for homework out , and there is no doubt about its quality it’s an excellent quality. Weight capacity is easily more then 60+ KG , and grip is quite good as for size you can stack two shoes up to top then it’s same as this product. And it also can be adjusted.

It's not steady, you cannot use it as a sit up bar.it doesn't hold
