These mats are a great size for playdough fun, and could easily be used for a myraid of other uses when protecting a surface. When the kids are finished, you just pick up all four corners and take it to the sink. They wash easily and I put them over the drying rack or the back of a metal chair to dry. They fold easily for storage too.

Lots of static build up, could be a pro or con. Very thin, again, depends what your needs are. Larger than I was thinking, but thinner. Don't have a micrometer, but maybe 1mm thin.

I bought these to cover a section of my old dining room table I use to craft on. Perfect size, material is light weight but not cheap in any way. Super easy clean up. Great for small paint projects and to keep glue stick off your table.

I used these for both craft projects and epoxy work and they are the perfect size to place directly in front of you. They are super easy to clean. Everything just peels right off leaving them looking new all over again.

Good for working with clays

I used the pink sheet as a placemat under my dog dishes. It looks really nice, it's just sometimes hard to tell if there is water on it because it's so shiny! Cleans up like a breeze. Very happy with these. A good value for 2, less expensive than the dull looking grey sheets!

I love my heat resistant Matt's. Besides using them for projects that require a heat gun or hot glue gun, I also used it for a polimor clay project. I have 3 thick fur cats and they shed often, the Matt's do collect hair easily, however all I do is use tape or a lint roller from the dollar store and it comes right off!

Would have gotten 5 stars if they had shipped it in a roll like they pictured, but they were folded twice to fit an envelope. Consequently each have verticle and horizontal permanent creases.Too bad. Otherwise they're great
