Coleman Water Carrier Jug Replacement Vent (5-Gallon, Blue)

This is the OEM product. It’s a little expensive, but it works great because it is the OEM product. I wish it came with instructions. Since it doesn’t, here’s a tip: use a plastic prying item to remove the old part from the jug. Don’t use a steel screw driver. Use a plastic item and gently remove the old item. something like a set of nylon bicycle tire irons work swell for removal. The new one just pops right in after the old one is removed and your jug is good as new! Buy about four of them at a time so you won’t be in a tight spot the next time one of your vents breaks off of it’s little plastic leash. You’re welcome!

I was going to figure out some less expensive replacement as the cap on my Coleman jug's air vent broke off due to age. $9.00+ for a little piece of plastic that cost 50 cents is a ripoff. I bit the bullet as some other mod was going to take too much time.
