These cherry limeade Nuuns with caffeine and electrolytes have LITERALLY saved my life countless times. Thank you Nuun! I find this flavor to be the most reliable as it doesn’t get boring or old, it’s consistently refreshing every time. The tablets are effervescent, there are ten per tube which would make ten 16oz beverages. I buy the whole box of 8 at a time because of how well my body responds to liquid nutrition. Keep one tube in your backpack! If I’m ever at work during a super busy day and it’s been too long between meals, I pop a Nuun into my water instead of passing out (they’ve saved my life I mean it!) They go great with meals, before or after the gym, they help when working long hours, and they are a refreshing way to wake up in the morning! We get these through subscribe and save since they are a daily must have for the family. The multipack is a great value. Super easy to use - just drop in water and it dissolves quickly. Very refreshing and is an easy way to stay hydrated and get in some great vitamins

Nuun Sport + Caffeine is the best hydration product I've ever used to insure no muscle cramping after a day of hard riding or just riding in extreme heat. Easy to use - just drop in a glass of cold water and it fizzes and mixes like Alka-Seltzer. I think the caffeine makes it act more quickly. Taste is a personal thing - but I love the Cherry Limeade. The only problem I had was that Amazon chose to just wrap the box of 8 tubes in a T-shirt I also ordered (without a separate protective corrugated box) in a flimsy envelope, and 6 out of the 8 tubes cracked and caused tablet breakage. No big deal, just a little messy.

...especially for the price. There is one other sport hydration brand I got to try once that was excellent, but Nuun is my favorite and my absolute go-to. Get plenty of servings for the price, an awesome flavor selection, and so easy to make and take. Love that there's caffeinated versions for morning or mid-day hydration, and non-caffeinated for evening trainer sessions. Sometimes it's even good after you've been running after your tireless four-year-old!
