Award winning artisan confectioners, Eboni ac Eifori is 'Wenglish' for Ebony and Ivory, and hails our humble beginnings when we only had two flavours, Vanilla and Chocolate, with black and white packaging back when we started making fudge in the kitchen at home. Situated on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula in North West Wales, our inspiration for flavours comes from the great local produce around us, whether it's the pure white sea salt from Anglesey or the coffee locally roasted in the shadow of Snowdon, we use as many locally sourced ingredients as we can. All our products are hand made in small batches to traditional Welsh recipes and packaged on site by our team of dedicated artisan confectioners.When we first tasted this whisky we knew we had to try it in our fudge, particularly as it is distilled here in Wales. The whisky has a classic freshness with flavours of madeira cake and sultanas. Perfect paired with our buttery, crumbly fudge.
