DON'T BUY...............Its a scam
I have wanted to own a set like this at a cheap price but I have been disappointed. The set is old, it has all marks of serious wear. All rulers have scratches on them, compass is rusted, the whole frame has depressions in it. All parts had dirt, it looked like they were scavenged. Am sending this shit back for whatever cheap price it is, don't buy. Am pretty sure some other buyer would receive this used stuff.................. just not me, but my time has been wasted anyway. I am a honest reviewer with more than 20 product reviews, that is 1/3 of what I have bought on amazon.

product is great
The product is as described, but the seller put an annoying religious sticker on the back that took 15+ minutes to remove. I didn't appreciate the contamination of my purchase.

False Advertising and Rusted Product
The storage container does not close all the way. It is rusted and filled with many visible bumps and scratches. I did not receive the product advertised. The product is advertised as Helix Oxford but I received a Dunbar Oxford product instead. The instruments are cheap. I would not recommend this product.

Quality on the Cheap
Considering I got this off the 99 cent rack at Walmart and it's survived 4+ years of college, I'd say it was a good investment. I've had professors that were sticklers for free body diagrams and, even though some of the corners have chipped off of the 30,60,90 and the 45,45,90 squares, my drawings were always on point thanks to this tin. The compass is aluminum, not plastic, and even though it doesn't have a locking mechanism the screw holding the two halves together can be tightened to help the compass keep it's shape. It has served me well in my engineering classes so I'll probably splurge and buy a new set when I get a real job. You won't find a better value.

Poor - cheap
I would NOT buy it REALLY cheaply made and will break unless you are very delicate about it which i think i was but eh Not for me this one
