This pair of night lights come packaged in a simple cardboard box with each night light covered in bubble wrap. There is also a small leaflet of instructions but it says nothing useful.The LED bulbs give off a pleasant orange/yellow glow that is ideal in a bedroom or in a place where you would not want a lot of light. Rated at 0.5w, these are not bright - and they also would not use much in electricity.There is nothing to set up at all. Simply plug into a wall socket (they are slim enough to allow another item to be plugged in alongside it if you use a double socket), turn the socket on, and walk away. There is a large sensor on the front that detects the level of the light in the room/area and will turn on the light as the ambient light goes down. I would not call these dusk to dawn though because when placed in a room that doesn't get very much natural light they come on immediately and stay on. Perhaps this will change during the summer months. To compensate for this, I leave them switched off and turn the socket on when I want the night lights to work.With so many similar products available I was spoilt for choice but settled on this product because it was a pack of 2 for a very low price. I believe I made a good choice because the colour of the LED is restful without any flicker or glare, and they are not only nicely made but there are no sharp edges or corners, the design is such that everything is curved.I have used these for several nights now since purchasing them and am happy to leave a 5 star rating.

These have a nice yellow glow not the bright eye hurting white of modern bulbs, it's a good light enough to gently light up a room or corridor overnight and very handy that it comes on and goes off at the right time with no input from me.

They work well and give out sufficient light for their size. Would benefit more with those with higher power points. Low points just above skirting boards do limit the amount of light. Overall pretty satisfied.

This light was smaller than I expected it to be, however it works exactly as described. The glow is perfect for late night trips to the bathroom! It gives a nice warm white glow and the daylight sensor is perfect!Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Just wonderful ! As it gets dark , the lights are on. During the early evening, they looked like sepia mood lights but at night they are blight enough to let me walk around so happily without any other lights . When I have switched off the main lights or indirect lights , both had reacted spontaneously to light them up ! Such sweet helpers. Great for the price. Very happy. No issues so far . Don’t worry if they don’t light up or blinking - simply your rooms are not dark enough for them and detecting natural lights . Switch on at night and you will see them lighten up . If you put your main light on, they will be off .I was wondering around without lights for quite long years up to today . I had tried LED lumps on various corners but they required me to tap them to put light on . Such a comfort if they are automatic to light up . With this price less than £10 for two , I am so amazed that my life gets easier. Great quality. Thank you .

Good quality but there is no way to dim it as it is too bright. I have had to cover it with coloured sticky tape. It doesn’t get hot so that’s not a concern. Suggest most purchasers would be better off selecting coloured lens rather than warm white. It also a bit too sensitive so that darker corridors will stay lit up during the daytime too. However it uses only half a watt of electricity so that’s not expensive.
