Effective and Easy to Swallow
I used this in my UTI recovery regimen. It helps to de-acidify the urine. You have to take it every few hours throughout the day for it to have an effect. Much easier than gulping the powder.

We’ve already went thru 1 bottle before we realized you need to drink 8 oz of water with each doze.

This supplement is a Yes
Don't listen to people who say to "just dissolve baking soda in water and drink it". That always resulted in diaherra for me as did drinking salted lemonaide to try to raise my sodium levels. This supplement is extremely well tolerated and easy on the gut. I'll update this review after my next bloodwork but so far so good, and I'm very encouraged by how great I feel while taking this supplement!
