I cannot properly review the products claims to sound quality and noise cancellation. The item arrived with only one set of poorly fitting earbuds. There were supposed to be multiple sets of different sized buds. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have had no resolution. With the name brand being what it is, I still would not recommend their product. Received the additional sized ear buds. The sound and performance are outstanding. Thank you for resolving the packaging issues.

Phenomenal sound quality. Very comfortable and stylish. The touch feature works great and they don't respond to accidental touching very often. This brand is by far the top of the line in headphones. Highly recommend these or anything by Sennheiser.

Decent sound but a bit uncomfortable… am trying these ear buds bur note that I have always has issues with fit and comfort as well as earbuds flying off my ears and crashing into concrete when fighting to put on or take off these horrible masks during these politically induced times.

Connecting these to my phone when I turn them on is so difficult. It only works like 30% of the time. When you make loud noises it sounds like the noise cancelling like breaks or something. Sometimes one headphone will just stop working briefly which makes whatever I’m listening to sound pretty bad. Voice calls are terrible too. Sometimes the microphone will just stop working in the middle of a call. Plus it automatically turns on transparency mode when the microphone is on so it’s hard to hear the other people as well. Truly a terrible headphone. Do not purchase. The only good thing is that they are pretty comfortable. But not worth all the other downfalls.

These ear buds sounded great but I grew frustrated with all the glitches and issues keeping these earbuds working. Not good programming in my mind.

I wanted these buds so bad, I'm 44 years old and when I ordered these I was like a kid waiting anxiously for them to arrive! And I loves them they looked so good and sounded amazing both for music and phone calls, however I only had the privilege of using them for 3 days when the right ear bud stopped outputting audio, the mic worked but nothing else and I tried everything to get them working again but nothing worked. Very very sad buyer
