Worked so well for first trimester headaches ESPECIALLY in combo with a lemon balm leaf extract

Great taste. Dissolves pretty quickly. Didn’t notice a huge difference per se, but my understanding is that these are supposed to help with nutrient absorption of other foods and supplements.

The effectiness of this product is awesome. It helps with quite a bit health wise.

Better than hulanda this is mostly 6 x. My husband suggested I take magnesium phosphorus because I'd ordered a bottle of regular magnesium He said the six x would be most effective. I was just going to order magnesium phosphate separately but we saw this 12 and 1 at Amazon and my husband said to order it. I'd had some foot issues intermittently for the past few months where I'd be driving and I would have sharp pains shooting through the bottom of my foot and I would have to take my shoe off I would best describe it as cramping. And oftentimes I'd have to pull over take my shoe off for 3 or 4 minutes and then it would go away. This was not related to one specific shoe because I had many different kinds. However after taking this for the past 3 days I noticed yesterday I had no pain for the first time. I will continue using for another week or so to see if issue remains. Don't discount these little pills but be careful they are tiny round balls and they will easily slip out of your hands. If you have pets I have five and I have to be very careful because it would not be good for them to ingest it.

This product is a great value compared to other brands and it has no added ingredients aside from the sucrose which they all have. I am looking forward to feeling the benefits from these tissue salts.

I took these for 2 weeks straight and didn’t find that these did a whole lot. I read the Biochemical System of Medicine by George Carey and The Biochemic Prescriber—both of which detail the uses and benefits of each cell salt for various conditions and symptoms, and they both said that cell salts should be taken individually and not in a multi-salt form, because the effectiveness of the component cell salts are greatly diminished when combined in a formula with others. So to that end, I used both books to narrow down and identify which specific cell salt would be best for my symptoms (for me, it’s Kali Sulf). Kali Phos was a runner up for me, and both/more than one cell salt can indeed be used, but they have to be in their individual formats and NOT a combination cell salt formula. So I can’t recommend this 12-in-1 product, but I CAN recommend this brand of cell salts if you get them individually. Moreover, I’d highly suggest you order yourself a copy of the books I mentioned above, particularly The Biochemic Prescriber. It costs $5 here on Amazon and is a to-the-point, small book detailing the uses of each cell salt. I went through it and highlighted my symptoms mentioned in it and then made a tally list of all the cell salts and how many of my symptoms they address. The one with the most tallies (Kali Sulf for me) was the one I ordered afterward from this company. So that’s my advice and knowledge on cell salts, hopefully it’s helpful and taken in account by those of you who read this review.

I love this as a replacement for the tissue salts I used to buy but are no longer available in Canada. Consistently taken them has helped with things like eye twitching. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle too!

I didnt read carefully enough, i usually get a different brand that’s out of stock at the moment, and it never occurred to me sugar would be added to salts. So its tasty, but if your trying to go sugar free like me this will not do as they taste like actual candy and are addictive. I’ll use these up but not buy more. Great product otherwise, well packaged with safety seal intact. Fast delivery. Everything is great, i just don't want sugar in my supplements as i am a sugar hound.
