Love this pillow ! I like fairly flat pillows , sleep with my arm under it … so big fluffy pillows hurt my neck …Stayed at Marriott , and noted that they had great pillows … so purchased this one and I am super happy with it !

These were a lot cheaper than on the Bonvoy Boutique website so I was worried they wouldn't be real. But they have the same tag as actual Marriot pillows and are SUPER comfortable. My wife has been looking for pillows she liked for years and kept struggling. She was like "well, I like the pillow at hotels..." and that was my Eureka moment. These are the *exact same* as Marriot pillows. The Bonvoy website will happily charge you more for JW or St Regis pillows but in my experience, all Marriott pillows are kinda the same. I stayed at a JW right before Christmas (and a regular Marriott) and the pillows were excellent at both, but I didn't notice a difference. And bottom line these pillows are EXCELLENT -- easy to lay on with them flat and they are soft and flat, or you can bunch them up if you want you head up. I have never had such good pillows at home, and my wife is super happy with them! Haven't had any issues with feathers poking through that I read in some reviews, they've been just super nice.

So I bought these pillows because I slept on some at a Marriott I stayed at and they were so comfortable. But these are awful am sorry. They are not comfortable and go flat like a pancake. There is no support in them at all. I would not recommend these to anyone honestly. It was a waste of money.

Pillow fills nice but it has bin just over a month and feathers are already poking out

One of the pillows has feathers poking me thru the pillowcase. It's comfortable but I'm tired of accidentally being scratched or poked in the eye by the downy barb. It might just be a defective product. The other pillow is fine.

These are PERFECT. Just the right amount of cushion, which I can easily adjust by unfluffing the pillow and putting more of the down in one place!

I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. I’ve tried a lot of expensive pillows and some made the pain worse. I wasn’t sure if it was my pillows or something else causing the pain until I got this one! Years of pain GONE! Completely. I had pretty good sleep at Marriott hotels so I thought I’d give it a try. Especially since I assume those pillows have been broken in for a while so what I get at the hotel is probably what I’ll get for years at home. Like others have said, it does flatten quite a bit, but apparently that’s what I needed! All the expensive foam pillows cranked my neck too much. I sleep on my back and sides. Not sure if this pillow is for everyone, but after almost a week this one is it for me! I hope everyone finds their perfect pillow. I ordered the standard which is very small but I might upgrade to a king since this one is working out so well.

This package came in professionally packaged along with Marriott bagging for each pillow. I purchased a set of 2 - king size. They are as cozy as a hotel and I am looking forward to some good sleep. Not sure why other people do not feel genuine but I trust and would buy again!
