Love it.
The media could not be loaded. I've been using this for a couple of months now , and so far it's been great. The coffee comes out lovely and hot, but you can adjust the temperature to suit. It was set up quite quickly, I followed a YouTube video and that helped. The strength of the coffee can be changed to suit your taste, mild, medium, strong and also you can set it to adjust the amount of espresso, and milk, and it'll remember that setting for you. There's a hot water spout if you like to dilute your espresso, make Americano, or even for tea. Personally, I think it makes a lovely tasting coffee, and the delonghi double walled glasses are a perfect fit for the machine.

Good grief
The worst thing money can buy honestly, wouldn't want it even if it was free. I thought my Stilosa was pretty mediocre, but this thing is 4x the price and at least 4x as bad. It has been returned and the Stilosa is back from storage and has been apologised to for the previous slander lolThis thing makes a cup of coffee that I have to put in the microwave to get a little temperature to so it doesn't feel like I am panic drinking a coffee I forgot on the side for 30 minutes.Automatic milk FROTH? More like 'automatic small amount of bubbles', I could make the same amount of bubbles manually with a paper straw to blow through. The picture is supposed to be a 'myLatte with silky foam'. There is no foam at all there, under those bubbles you'll find room temp milky coffee.I tried literally everything to make this thing work because it was supposed to be a big splurge birthday gift for myself, so after extensive googling;I did a full descale cycle after just a few cups of coffee that were made from double filtered water, no luck getting temp up or nicer tasting coffee.Tried all the different grind settings and strength settings to get a decent cup, but somehow just ended up with weirdly bitter and somehow also watery coffee, even at the stronger settings? Nowhere near the great balanced coffee the Stilosa makes from the exact same beans.Made sure all the parts were in place fully. The milk frother I tried to get working with a couple different milk options to see if it made any difference, but it all yielded the same result. Also tried to deep clean the milk container to no avail. It also doesn't tell you to refill beans, you just hear the grinder spinning with no resistance and that's how you know you now have to fill the beans and start again.Bottom tray fills up with discard water from inside the machine and doesn't notify you it needs emptying at all. It just overflows so your worktop has a puddle of dirty coffee water stood on it, hidden under the coffee maker, until you notice. But at least it notifies you that the discard grounds needs to be emptied way before it's full, and water refill way before it's empty. The only thing worth one star is that, if it worked, it would be so great to just click a button and get a great cup of coffee or latte without having to babysit the machine by timing the espresso shot and manually frothing milk.

Perfect and Simple to use
The media could not be loaded. It might be a bit early for me to writing a review as I've only had it 2 days, but in that time, I've tried every type of coffee it make and I'm very happy with them all....... even if I am ever so slightly wired right now from too much caffeine!!! Once set up and loaded up with beans, it is just a simple button press to get the coffee you want.... and with the milk drinks, it's just a matter of 'plugging in' your milk and then a button press. I've even discovered a kind of workaround for just hot milk in case you fancy a hit chocolate.... can't actually do hot chocolate in the machine, but you can select to use the pre-ground coffee function, but just don't put any ground coffee in.... select MyLatte and out comes nice hot frothy milk for you to drop some chocolate in (I have only tried hot choccy powder though... not sure if it would be hot enough to melt actual chocolate).Anyway... back to the coffee...... does just what I want without the £1000+ price tag of some of the more fancy machines out there..... great machine for the money.

Perfect Coffee Every Time!
UPDATED:I’m 4 months in and have removed a star for one main reason. The ground coffee option may as well not exist. If it doesn’t work properly (which happens 50% of the time) it makes an almighty mess. It would be better off advertised as no ground coffee option.Old 5 star review:I’ve been using the De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine for 4/5 weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The quality of coffee it produces is phenomenal, on par with what you’d get in a coffee shop. The customisation options are endless—you can adjust the strength, temperature, and grind size to suit your taste perfectly. We bought it to replace our old Breville machine and this is far easier and produces much nicer coffee. The built-in grinder is a game-changer, delivering fresh, aromatic coffee with every cup. It’s also incredibly easy to use and clean, with clear instructions and intuitive controls. The milk frother creates creamy, frothy perfection for lattes and cappuccinos. It’s a bit of an investment, but absolutely worth it for any coffee lover. Highly recommend this machine—it’s transformed my mornings! It is a bulky bit of kit, however, so be mindful if you have limited side space

Simple to use coffee machine
I am not a big coffee drinker or keen on strong coffee, but do like the latte and cappuccinos' and was wondering whether it was worth the investment, particularly when you see some of the critical comments, but I am more than happy with this machine. Once set up, easy to use, just press the button for the drink of your desire. The drinks are not steaming hot, but than coffee's are not meant to be and I use the double wall coffee glasses, that keep the coffee warmer for longer. There are built in cleaning cycles, but you do have to regular clean the milk vessel (which can be done in a dishwasher) and indicators that warn you for other actions, i.e. low water. Still experimenting with different coffee beans to perfect my coffee experience.
