This is a nice case at what I feel is a very fair price. These cases shell is thick enough so it doesn’t feel cheap and the size is accurate to the description in the listing. I tried two other famous name expensive cases that are named after a bird and the description was inaccurate as far as size so they were too small for my needs. I saw this one and figured I’d try it and when I got it I was immediately impressed by the quality and the latches. They use a two step latch that prevents it from accidentally opening even if you catch the latch on clothing while carrying it. Great design! Has the usual scored foam squares to adapt to your needs. I’m using it for a drill and a couple batteries and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll buy another one if I find a use.

I have purchased several Nanuk cases - they’re great! Super high quality, easy to use, lightweight, relatively affordable pricing compared to other options, etc. This case is no different, however, the internal dimensions unfortunately aren’t big enough for what I needed. Perhaps I missed it, but I didn’t see the internal dimensions posted and I assumed it would be big enough based on the exterior dimensions. Unfortunately I’ll have to return this and find something slightly larger, but other than this discrepancy, this case would have been perfect.

Amazing case. I like it much more that the Pelican cases. More streamlined, but plenty of room. I customized and Plasti Dipped the thinner foam layer and adhered it to the thicker pick and pluck layer, as I hate pick and pluck. I love this case.

I have bought 3 or 4 of these off Amazon. They are very nice and seem like a decent value. I then bought the exact same brand, model, etc. at a local sporting goods store and the foam is much higher quality. I am guessing they throw a cheaper version of the pluckable foam in these....or maybe the one from the store was an older version that had better foam. Wither way it is still a good item. The flimsy foam is more grey color, the more rigid foam is more black.

EDIT: I'm now the proud owner of four of these cases (three pictured and one not). I just can't get enough of these. They are amazing. Perfect quality. I have no reason to buy any other manufactured case. My next purchase will be the grid version of a larger size. I need something for multiple PoE cameras. Plucking the little cubes sure got tiresome. One other reviewer mentioned that they should have two layers that are half the size of the single one. YES! This would be so much better. If you need a hard case, stop looking elsewhere. Get these. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I probably should have gone with the next size up given all the gear I have, but this case worked flawlessly. So much so I bought two and will be buying another. The only annoyance, is when pulling the cubes out, if the item is shallow, it's a pain to half pluck a cube. You essentially pull it then dig your nails in or a knife to cut it. Then repeat that process with every cube. Can be tedious if you have a larger (width) item. I don't know why anyone would buy any other case. These are extremely well built. I highly recommend going much larger than you need for expansion purposes. I'll probably get some new inserts and redo my layouts.

Con el layout que trace en la espuma pre-cuadriculada, quedaron acomodados 14 relojes: 12 grandes (hasta 45mm) y 2 chicos (35-37mm), de manera que para nada tienen contacto entre si, estan perfectamente asegurados (no se mueven) y quedan en un estuche hermetico al polvo y la humedad. Y lo mejor es que la compre a un precio comparable a esos estuches chafas de carton forrado de pseudopiel que ves anunciados por doquier, y considerablemente mas barato que uno de esos de exhibicion con tapa de cristal. Si necesitas acomodar mas relojes (o menos) pues simplemente ahi estan otros tamaños de cajas Nanuk. La manufactura y terminados son de primera. La espuma cuadriculada es muy facil de seccionar: cortas levemente el perimetro superior de la cavidad que quieres con una navaja y luego simplemente terminas de extraer el volumen con los dedos, se corta bastante limpiamente. Super recomendado.
