I've never made pasta.
So, I've never made pasta before, but I made it on my first try. I found a recipe online that called for a little less than the amount of flour specified in the manual. I used 2 cups of flour, 3 eggs, a little extra virgin olive oil, and salt. The dough was pretty easy to make, even for a beginner like me. I kneaded it for about 5 minutes, then cut it into 4 pieces, shaped them into balls, and let them rest.Next, I rolled the dough through the highest setting (8) on the pasta machine. I followed the instructions to fold it with flour and run it through again. Then, I jumped down to setting 5 and rolled it through twice. I thought about trying setting 4, but on setting 1, the dough was so thin that it didn't cut well for me. I found that settings 4 or 5 were best for making fettuccine for alfredo. The pasta cooked in 4 minutes. Honestly, I'll never want to use dried box pasta again. This was actually really easy to make and tasted fresh and delicious. I'm so glad my first attempt turned out so well. The pasta machine was good; it gave me no problems.. It's small, but for a few people or a small family, it's really all you need. For the price (around $25), it seems like a good deal. I'm happy I decided to buy it. Making pasta is so easy and worth it.I wrote this just samsung ai spell checked it and made the English right

Great feel for homemade pasta
I was surprised at just how smooth the rotation and action of rollers worked. The side clamp works well but it does limit just how fast you can go. Go to quick it begins to shift the base and turn the unit. First time making home made pasta and this made it so much fun I was enjoying the rolling I lost track of how many times I put through the first batch, so I did overwork it lol. The weight of the base unit is good to roll out 1/4 pound pasta dough with no problem.

A little noisy, but still fun and functional
Overall, Iām really happy with the products. Itās kind of fun to roll your own pasta. My only complaint is that the attachment that cuts the pasta into the noodles has a really really loud squeaky grinding sound. My significant other has tinnitus and itās pretty rough on him. I have earplugs set next to the pasta maker for the next time we make it. Works fine otherwise and weāre happy with it and love homemade pasta.

May be for you but not for me.
It will get the job done, but I can't use it by myself. It is still in my SHTF collection, but honestly I would roll the pasta out with a rolling pin and cut it with a pizza slicer if I had to use this by myself. In all fairness, I'm not any happier with the Kitchen Aid pasta attachment either, as I can't seem to tighten it down enough to keep it from spinning loose after a couple of pieces. I have to tighten it all the while I'm using it.

Pastas maker
Nuance pastas makers I recently got a pasta maker, and honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. š The size of the pasta maker is smaller than I anticipated, which is a bummer. The material quality just isn't up to par with what I expected, either. Unfortunately, the machete-like tool also broke, making it hard to use. š I'm definitely going to look for a replacement! #PastaProblems #KitchenFail #Disappointed

Donāt buy this
Thereās no attachment or clip that you can use to secure it to your counter top. Also, no matter how many passes I made with spare dough or how many times I used it, it would deposit little black bits in the dough - not sure if they were metal shards or just grime, but I didnāt feel comfortable eating anything we made with it. Threw it away after multiple attempts to use it and then having it sit in the closet for a year.
