I almost instantly starting feeling better with this suppliment. I was taking steroids 2 times a day and am off of them completely for my addisions disease because I'm taking this and omegas. I cant believe how good I feel. I tried one other brand and the flavor was so strong and it was so thick but within a couple days I was back to feeling my icky self and sluggish. I will definitely keep using this product. I Only use 1 x per week now because they were causing my headaches to be worse. But getting 8-9 hrs of sleep resets my cortisol better than the steroids I was taking.

This product is one that is suited for individual needs on a periodic basis from what I learned, and not to be used on a day to day basis. I used it for a few weeks and honestly can't say i noticed any difference, but there are many many natural herbs that we take and don't notice any remarkable difference, but I know that the elements in it for me are a needed and necessary for my state, taken parodically.
