Decent glove for the price.
Decent glove for price. I do wildlife shows and use these gloves for Eurasian Eagle Owl, Barn Owl, Lanner falcon, aplomodo falcon, Harris hawk and tawny owl. This glove is functional and professional looking. However, I doubt this glove would stand up to a big female red tail hawk. Photo shows brand new glove and after one year of frequent use. I see the cost of this glove is rising on Amazon. These used to be $30 apiece but now that they are closer to $60 I think you may be better off going to Northwoods Or Mikes falconry

Good in a pinch
I needed another glove for my assistant. It shipped the quickest.The quality is ok for the price. I'm not confident it will hold up for more than a season.It is a bit thin. I'm using it with a Red-tailed hawk and is ok bc she is tamed.I could imagine it would be painful if she put her full force into her talons.

Good for Cosplay
Ordered this glove with expectations of using with small falcons. Arrived, very soft outer leather, lined with PU (pleather).Pros - it looks really nice and is soft.Cons - wouldn't be able to safely handle anything bigger than a hummingbird with these.I cannot recommend these for any sort.of serious bird work or falconry.

Security Clip Is Insecure
I almost lost my falconry bird due to the insecure clip. The leather holding the clip in place ripped off with not so much force.
