Manduka eQua Machine Washable Hot Yoga Mat

Me encanta el diseño!! Da gusto a practicar sobre esta esterilla. Calidad muy buena, sin ningún problema. Espero que la limpieza sea fácil.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase, it was well worth the money for this hot yoga mat. I do not suggest this mat for any thing other than hot yoga due to the design. Works amazing for hot yoga! Definitely suggest spraying with water or using a paper towel to get some moisture on it before using. I also suggest letting the mat adjust to the climate in the room before use I found this very helpful. Design in beautiful! I'm 5'5" and it fits me well, anyone taller may have issues with the mat size. Exceeded my expectations 1000%.

Its a great yoga mat - very supportive yet light enough to carry to a yoga class. It's got a great grip. It's got a strong rubber smell and so needs to be aired in the shade on an open deck for 2 days or so.

Absolutely love this. The smell (which pretty much all high quality mats have at first) goes away after ~2 weeks. I take hot vinyasa/power classes 7 days a week, and this works perfectly. Sometimes I'll spritz a little bit of water on it at the beginning of class to give my hands a better grip, but most of the time that isn't necessary. I sweat a lot, so I decided that a normal rubber-y mat wasn't for me. I also don't like using a towel on top of a mat because the towel tends to move around. This mat's perfect. I just make sure to unroll it as soon as I get home from the studio, and to clean it at least once a week. I forgot it at home a couple weeks ago so I used my old mat (also Manduka - the eko superlite) and as much as I love that mat, it didn't compare to this one. The thickness works well for me; it gives you a bit of cushion without feeling like you're trying to balance on a pillow. And from an aesthetic perspective, the blue one with a little bit of gold on it is really pretty.
